Christmas take 2

Christmas

The week before christmas was nuts.First Alex went to the doctor. He had the remains of a ear infection/sinus infection. Then Saturday Corbin went to the doctor he had a ear infection. Saturday night Hayden and I had a trip to er. I went to help him up off the floor and in the process dislocated his shoulder :0(.
Thankfully by Christmas weekend everyone was feeling better. Christmas eve dad,Celeste,Erica,lance,Ashley Travis and kids came over for lunch. Yummy food and good company. Christmas eve night we went to Jill and bobs for food and fun. Christmas day the kids were up around 7:30. We watched them squeal with delight as they saw what Santa brought. We had lunch with Curfiss"s.
I'm glad the craziness of sick kids is over. I hope everyone had a wonderful drama free Christmas :)

Im great about taking pictures of other people but when it comes to pictures of me or even family pictures. im horrible. unless i just changed my hair. or its christmas card time. so i have to thank my mom who requested a recent family picture. and my dad for taking it. i think considering we have 3 young boys. (and a husband who is camera shy) it turned out pretty good  :)

Haydens 1st day of school

Hayden started his last year of preschool today.His teachers are Mrs Fluker and Mrs Kinne. (corbin also had mrs fluker his last year we LOVE her). He is a car rider but our tradition is to walk in together the first day. He has 2 friends from church in his class which he loves and is loving making new friends. He walked right in gave me a hug goodbye and started his day. So grateful for CLC they have a great program :)

Corbins lesson on saving his money

Corbin had been saving his chore money for this ben 10 game for his nintendo. This past thursday he had finally saved enough and we went and bought it. I saw the pride in his eyes as he handed the cashier his hard earned money. So proud of you babe.

We had taken the bed railing off haydens bed.We figured he probably didn't need it anymore.Then the other night i heard a lound thump and then hayden screaming in pain. I ran upstairs and he was hunched over on the floor covering his face crying that his head hurt. AS you can see from the pictures he got a pretty good owie. He had rolled out of bed and hit his head on the night stand next to his bed. I felt so awful. Needless to say his railing is back on.

 For A couple of summers  now we've had a little frog come live by our back door/garage. he comes out at night just to kind of hang around. pretty cute huh? wouldnt mind a pet frog someday :)

The boys have been doing swim for about a week or 2 now. They have grown so confident so fast! Corbin will put on goggles, and while plugging his nose, dive under(water is only 4 feet deep) and pull up the diving rings.
Hayden, who used to be scared if dave and i held him in the pool. Is kicking and splashing like a pro! we are blessed that they have such a caring sensitive kind teacher. Who my dad and stepmom actually know!(small world).

corbins end of year program

The end of the year program was so cute! they thanked everyone for a wonderful year. then the kids sang some songs. the pictures are kind of blurry. also where we sat was clear on the other side of where we had him stand, my camera didnt zoom that far :(. But! we had a good time. corbin sang lound and did great. :)
