Im not a pappose!

Corbin is at the age where he is always correcting me. I've learned just to agree with him, otherwise you go back and forth on who's right. Its just not worth it!

We like to "roll" corbin up in a blanket and call him a pappose. He's been doing this for as long as i can remember and he loves it!

The other night we were in his bed having snuggle time:


Mommy: I just want to wrap you up like a little burrito pappose!
Corbin: Im not a pappose im a kid!

Little Bo(y) Peep

Grandma Bromley got hayden this sheep for christmas.It makes different sounds, ie: mommas heartbeat, rain etc.

Just lately has hayden really gotten into it. Corbin and Hayden were both "giving it loves" one day and i caught it on camera, so cute!!

Music Time

Corbin, Hayden and I were playing in the dining room. We decided to sing and play the 2 instruments we have. Music consists of the boys banging or strumming(as best they know how). Hayden got drums from ashley and gang for his birthday and aunt shell(michelle)got corbin a eukelae.
So i handed hayden his drums and corbin his "violin"(as he calls it). Then out of nowhere corbin says"and a 1 and a 2 and a 3" I busted out laughing which made corbin laugh. It was pretty cute.

Popeye The Sailor Man

Corbin is very much into popeye cartoons now and will sing the theme song anywhere and everywhere.

Mommy: Corbin? what happens when popeye eats his spinach?

Corbin;(with a VERY serious look and flexed arm muscles) He gets big and strong like me!

San Antonio in 2 days?

Corbin has been begging us to "go see shamu!' So, we did! We took a weekend trip to san antonio. Day 1 we went to see shamu and Day 2 was the zoo. The boys loved every minute of it. We also walked(and ate) on the riverwalk. So fun to get away with boys!

Ode to the birthday boy(more like birthday geezer! kidding daddy)!!

So June 6 was my dad's birthday. The boys and i were able to spend a good part of the afternoon with him. Being the great guy that he is he even hosted some of the youth at his house during his special day! The boys were very excited to spend grandpas birhtday with him! Happy birthday daddy here's to you!

Chicken Butt

Corbin and daddy play the guess what chicken but game:

Corbin: chicken butt is coming to town(instead of santa claus is coming to town)
Mommy:Corbin what did u say?
Corbin:chicken butt is coming to town
Mommy: what did i tell you about that word?
Corbin: thats not naughty to say, its not naughty to say chicken butt
