shame#3

So there you have it. Some 'shames" you might not know about me.

Corbin's 3rd Birthday
P
Corbin is 3! Happy birthday sweet boy. He was so patient. We spent the day doing whatever he wanted.(ie picked up his cake and balloons and "looked at the cars). Then we had grandpa perry over for pizza, presents and cake( in that order lol). He had a great day. Thanks to all our love ones and friends who called email etc to wish him happy birthday. He said "thanks for my birthday momma."

Saturday was so beautiful that David took the afternoon off and we went to galveston for the day. Hayden is my water baby and kept taking off for the waves.Big brother corbin was content to stay on the sand. He dug holes and built castles with daddy. And he and mommy searched for shells. We had dinner at the Rainforest Cafe.
Potty Training
So we started potty training corbin last week. And he's doing great! He went at least 6 times on his trainer potty the first week. Since he was doing so good i started him on trainer pants. He did so well on those that yesterday we tried "big boy underwear", so far only 2 accidents! The true test was today when i took him on a brief trip to the grocery store. He went potty before we left, and even though he had chocolate milk while we were shopping: im happy to report we had no accidents! He promptly went potty when we got home! im very blessed i know not every mom is having or had this kind of sucess!

Earning their keep.
A lesson in anatomy.
Hayden gets quite a full "pooch" after he eats. We dubbed it the "budda belly". We would lift up his shirt and rub it. One day i said "hayden where's your belly?" He proudly lifted his shirt and patted his "budda." I wish i had a picture of the grin on his face, he was pretty proud of himself. From then on all you have to do is ask him where his belly is. As you can see in the second picture he even knows where brothers belly is!
Like father like sons.
