Dave and i decided we'd love to have hayden potty trained before the baby comes. He's a little younger then corbin was when we trained him so its not going as smoothly. However, i came up with an idea.
I bought hayden his first big boy underwear today and an egg timer. I put him in his underwear and turned the timer on to 15 mins. So far no accidents, however it hasnt even been a full 24 so time will tell :)

That's great! Did Mom give you the idea?? She told me that when I was potty training Autumn and it went pretty well!
