For couponing I use the following websites: http://www.couponing101.com/ which is great for educating you and http://www.mydallasmommy.com/ which is more of all the crazy deals happening online and offline. These both unfortunately have to do with the Dallas area. But I'm sure there are blogs that are more for Houston. Good luck!
